iPhone 4S echo

The issue is that the person on the other end hears an echo its a problem that most say is only on earphone conversations but this is all the time and sometimes a few min. after a call. Working on this issue for 5 hours and have done every thing I can think of updated to latest IOS Replaced lower dock flex from after market to oem known 100% Original working. Then even replaced the entire caucus from another unit and shimming the audio ic still has an echo on the other end of a call. All I can say is the upper mic is causing this issue for sure and if disabled all calls are fine so I have popped the upper fuse off the flex to disable it but now this gives us another problem! No sound on Video record so not a fix at all! My thought is the 4s mother board has a serous audio ic problem. If there is anyone out there that has seen this please help us figure this out as I will keep working as-well.
