iphone 4s no signal bar activated - GSM-Forum

I have a problem my phone shows the name of the operator but no signal bars..I got this 4S from Singapore ,i sure it is factory unlocked piece only .

i have activated in india with vadafone sim only.

reflash iPhone with ios5 and activate with other sim card from your country

iv got 11 pieces lying with me factory unlocked but no signal bar teseted on gsm tester ,network section perfect but no service ,,any help highly appreciated ,all imeis checked not barred and all customers have tested with full network all the pieces in thier perspective countries and were working perfect at,, apple in store activation with full signal. On 1800 bands these handsets show operator name but call failed and on 900 band no service,,,,im ready to pay for solution.
