open latest redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 --- go to extras --- Recovery FIX ( put ur iphone in DFU mode to use this section ) and ur problem will be solved 100%.

Custom IOS 6.01 (at the moment) can solve your problem

Restore to custom iOS need PAWN DFU

You can use iReb to get PAWN DFU

There is no way to fix "no IMEI, no bluetooth n no WiFi..." Issue by software till yet.
if you dare to do by changing baseband chip you can get your device back
