iphone applications problem - GSM-Forum

i am facing problems in installing new applications i got an iphone4 for installing some applications after installing apps with itools , installation got successful but not working do i have to sync with itunes , i am afraid of losing previous installed apps if i sync with itunes
i have very little knowledge of what is "synchronization"

one thing i have done is after installing new apps is login app store from that iphone and then signout to make that apps working but not works do i have to do something extra???????

If Cracked IPA U Need APPSync Installing

i installed applications which are downloaded from itunes app store not craked
