i have a big problem with one iphone 2g 8gb show message phone is disabled i try to restore it with itunes and unlock , enter recovory mode succesfull but not restore show error message "iphone could not restore unkonown error (13)

ReMove U ITunes Install It Again Use ITunes 8.0.0
Put U Phone In D.F.U MODE
Try To Restore U Iphone

thnx brother problem solved but problem is my front USB Ports , i connect to the back Usb ports and restored sucessfully..........

thank u problem was usb port even me i tried many times do not use usb extension it have low voltage so cannot upload firmware

RE: 3G Can't restore, error 13 or timed out messages: After spending a couple hours trouble shooting and using the various suggestions mentioned on this site and others, the only thing that fixed the problem was connecting Iphone to PC using an OEM Apple cord/wire. To be precise, I used Apple A/V cord but only the USB end and the iphone end. I wouldn't have thought this would make a difference but the problem magically went away! Now my Iphone is restored and all my movies and tunes are back where they were. I hope this method can help others.
