I got a 3G 8Gb iPhone frm UK. Whn i switch on there is message shows "iPhone's Disable - Conect iTunes"
Whn i Conect to iTunes there was a error says "locked with a passcode - try again or Cancel"
is that possible to jailbreak & activate that ?

you have to update firmware...
