i m confuse about updating ver 5 on my iphone 3gs

iphone 4.1 ver and baseband 6.15 can i update it to version 5

i think this is selly question but i m really very confuse about it

any one give me proper solution or give me custom version link

or how to update

factory unlocked or not? first chek

if not then chek imei for factory unlock.

apple sign only ios5 now, if you update you will lose your unlock(if not factory unlocked)

6.15 bb means not factory unlocked
