i have iphone4 before ver 4.3.3 all songs is working when i update 5.01 video nd audio songs not working.anybody tell me what can i do??????

what do you mean "not working"? What is the error message you see?

video songs not show in phone album but when connect iTunes all songs is there????

of course in iTunes are all songs in your library. after update, data from iPhone are lost. download them again.
