Update to ipad bb, Jailbreak, installed ultrasn0w... Searching... No Service when sim card inserted. Need help with this...

try this:

*install original firmware 4.1
*error 1015, kick out with tinyumbrella.
*reinstall ipad baseband and cydia using redsn0w 0.9.6b6
*install ultrasn0w 1.23 using wifi or over usb using ifunbox but you have to restart 2 times after install.
*post results

Still not working... Searching... Few min after No Service.

I have the same problem with my 3GS. I did try almost every methods I could find on the net. Restored to 4.1, Snowbreeze and Redsnow etc....but still could not fix the no service and searching. It only worked with ATT sim as soon as I inserted the T-Mobile simcard searching and no service. I have been trying for week still no luck.

After flash over abt 5+ times, im am now getting full signal, but getting call fail when i try to make a call.

Wifi working, gps working but location not accurate, getting full signal but when i make a call i get call fail.
