Lightbulb iPhone2g BASEBAND CHIP (REPLACE problem SOLVED)


i just wanna share this
iPhone2g
GRAYOUT wifi no IMEI no ICCID no MODEM FW
SEARCHING and RESTORE NEEDED

we just LUCKY to have a deffective COMBOARD which
BASEBAND CHIP is WORKING and did just TRANSFER

first remove the defective baseband chip



then i remove the WORKING BASEBAND ( gently )



then i clean PROPERLY the BASEBAND CHIP
so that we can reball it PROPERLY



so AFTER REBALL



TESTING



and now fully working



now its done

tnx verymuch hope this can serve

two things:

1: you killed some pads after replacing the Memory-Chip. Still works without these pads??
2: @mjimivelsir: Your problem is 90% not this Chip, i think you have no supply voltage for the BB. You can write me PM if you like

I can answer some time this happen but they are "0,null,X" with no track.
Even if some important print removed i can repair it.

glue came from iphone

are not hard to remove it can be cleaned
