You can 100% jailbreak, but not unlock.
So make sure not to update you iphone if it's not factory unlocked.

Its perfectly jailbreak. Today i break 2 iphone 4 4.2.1 its take 10 min for all!

it jailbreaks but after unlock no network,
so you have to update basband from 5.15 to 6.15, then you will be able to get network after unlock

You cannot update the iPhone 4 with the iPad baseband, it just doesn't work.
Baseband update is for 3G AND 3GS only and then as a last resort because you may encounter problems on some phones.;)
