i remove wifi ic same problem

same problem with me..
searching for solution...

ok i slove it with redsn0w download shsh ios 5 from cydia whit ifaith end retore no shsh this is the solution end to ios 5 no need activation with wifi end go to itunes update the phone with 7.1.2 tested 100% enjoy man :)

Reinstal software apple

You can't Active this Iphone because wifi andress has problem (Only Iphone 4 IOS 7 ) . Change wifi ic to fix this error . Tested by me .

i found the solution but it works on luck...
just downgrade your phone if u get shsh for your phone....

after downgrade your phone will be activated . ...
