iphone4 cant active with sim /when active come this message .whats solution////.......

its wifi ic problem yesterday i was face same problem
then i open phone and wifi ic was water damage,,,,,,,,,,

i think no.its fresh unit..and also problam only with sim activate.with out sim no error.....
