I have Iphone4 factory unlocked
sw 4.3.5
bb 04.10.01
phone freeze on apple logo
i can jailbreak it but after power on/off phone freeze again

if i update phone to ver 5.0 or 5.01 will it work normally , mean untethered?
and can i jailbreak it for add Cydia?

to use your phone on untethered methode you should use originale firmware without jailbreak it.
or restore it to IOS 5 and use it with semitethered.
for this install costum firmware 5.0 prepared with sn0wbrease to save your baseband after that boot tethered and go to cydia and add this source "http://thebigboss.org/semitether" and install it

Generally i need from this phone:
1. when i power off/on phone must normal power
2. i need Cydia installed

so i need untethered Iphone4 with Cydia
should i need make jailbreak for it?

WHAT IS YOU IOS VERSION?????
IF YOU HAVE IOS 4.3.3 OR LOWER YOU CAN JAILBREAK IT USING REDSN0W rc16 OR HIGHER
OR YOU MAKE A TETHERED JAILBREAK WITCH MEAN YOU NEED TO CONNECT IT TO PC AND USE JUST BOOT WITH REDSN0W JOR EXAMPLE EVRY TIME YOU SHUT IT DOWN.
