ipod 8gb is disabled
 

Hi to all, can anybody help me please, i got 1 ipod 8gb its show ''ipod is disabled'' how to know its 2g or 3g and how to solve this problem? which firmware i download and after restore its need to jailbraeck or unlock? and how the way? please help me?

restore it in itunes to know what model is type serial nr here https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
