need CSpire (ex Cellular South) MNC-MCC for iPhone 4S R-SIM unlock - GSM-Forum

I need the MNC-MCC (or whatever it is called) to unlock an iPhone 4S with an R-SIM Ultra II S SIM interposer.

I've successfully used the R-SIM to unlock a jailbroken Verizon iPhone 4S with the MNC-MCC code 0829404000.

I've found that CSpire/Cellular South has the MNC code 311-230, but how would I derive the longer code from that? I've tried some back and forth conversions with the Verizon code, and it doesn't seem to be hex or any other number base.

What is the equivalent code for the CSpire (formerly Cellular South) network?

Hi bro i have all mcc mnc 10 digit code for all country to unlock iphone 4S with rebel sim tell me what u need which country and which operator i will send mcc mnc code in ur pm

Hey, thanks man. The country is USA, the carrier is called C-Spire, they used to be called Cellular South.

The Verizon number derives from Vodafone NL (20404), which is the roaming SIM contained in CDMA iphones sold here in the US. Now it all makes sense.

Certainly a weird notation, thank you for the explanation Ribbentrop (von?)!
