No network in 4s

Hi everybody !

I got a new iPhone 4s 5.1.1 64GB from USA not locked, but when I put i my sim card I don't get the network. Can someone tell me what's problem is?

Brother,
Go to setting then reset then reset all coming messes no delete all data press yes/ok. then try to active with itune.
