i have iphone 4 which was updated to firmware 4.2.1 and is stuck at emegerncy calls only.the daseband is also high but i just want to bring beck applications even i cant unlock it.can someone help me with corect software and procedure to do bring beck apllications.

first you restore with i tunes then jailbreak it with jail break software
