i have ipad 2 it is disabled with wrong password when i try to restore it give the error 3194 with itunes please tell m,e way to restore it urgent

1.You Restore With Firmware Version 5.1.1 or? if Restore With other version it with give you 3194!
2if you restore with 5.1.1 give error maybe tinyumbrella edit hosts please check hosts file at c:windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts open it with notepad if you see #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com please delete it and save! pleaee restart windows open itune restore again!
3 .if give error 3194 again please change USB COM or USB for connect /reinstall itune 10.6.3 /change computer to restore!
