Problem with my iphone 4 ios 6.1

hello i have a problem with my iphone 4 ios 6.1 jailbroken with evasi0n, it just go to black screen and when i try tu turn it on apple logo goes off and on nothing happens, i try to restore with redsnow and snowbreeze i put it into DFU mode nothing happens.
when i try to restore with the coustum firmware from snowbreeze it stocks on itunes: preparing to restore iphone or i get the error 1604 or 21, i removed the host files form system 32, i dont know what to do, can someon help me

just use itunes always if itunes doesnt work try on other pc or check ur internet connection n change usb cable 100 perc work

thnx a lot for your reply 12ka4, i've tried those steps you sad but nothing happens, i think maybe tho problem is the battery, cuz when i remove the cable it wont turn on or anything, and when i plug in the cable tha apple logo apears and goes for like 10 second and it goes to black again

Problem seems battery or battery connector, need open and check...

yeahh i removed the battery and reinserted again and now it works fine, no problems to restore or any errors, I don't know how it happened or what was wrong but now it works great, thnx a lot for the reply...
