Question: iTunes can`t connect to iTunes store

Hello, Bro --

Please help me fix this long-standing problem with iTunes.

My PC operates on Windows XP Professional and runs iTunes 10.6.3 version. When I open iTunes, it says "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (-3212). Make sure your network connection is active and try again.”

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling; verified my PC is connected to the Internet; and used to be able to connect to the store, as I have a load of tunes purchased.

I ran iTunes Diagnostics and the results are below.

Check your firewall first and make sure you internet connection
And uninstall all apple apps like apple applications suport ,bonjour and anything else
And remove itunes library from my music in c:
This should solve any problem related with itunes it self anyother will be system related
