hi, i got new i-phone 4 16g factory unlocked , the problem is the phone do restart every 2-3 minutes with or without sim card , i do update for last version and still have the same problem, also i change the battery but no result , plz help

try to restore Custom Firmware & check BT,wifi ic maybe inside water

i try original flash 4.3.3 and i try the custom one , but same problem, i check the phone in hardware nio water , but i said that i got the phone new in box
plz help me more
