Restoring gives 3194 error with 5 different computers/Cables

iPhone 4G (Black)
iOS 7.1.2

When open the phone the itunes pops up on its screen, when coming to restore the phone through the itunes (with the firmware iPhone3,1_7.1.2_11D257_Restore), the process progress normally and reach to (verifying iphone) phase, then at (updating iphone firmware) phase it give 3194 error, for the first time i dont care about it, quickly i've changed the PC and cable, same thing, it stopped at (updating iphone firmware) and give 3194 error, and this occurs with the other 3 computers,,,,,,

i tried to remove and modifying the host file and same thing, also i've change the phone battery but no luck....

to be honest, i cannot fix this problem and after a long searching on the internet to found the solution, nothing help.....

any hints/solution tries will be extremely helpful guys.

Is it come from china? Some Refurbished unit can't restore,,

i dont think so it is come from china, is there anyway to know that, for example open the device hardware's !!!!!

check etc file
phone most be cool
enter phone dfu mode
charge batterie 100
check port usb and cable
use ifeat

disable your antivirus and try again

the device stopped at itunes logo screen, i cant see the imei !!!!!!!

I had problems with hardware.I got error 1.I changed ic "modem" and tried to restore.now I gave error 3194.any ideas why?

I was trying to restore with 8.1.2 I didn't notice there was new version 8.1.3,so problem was caused becouse of this

Is it come from china i had the same problem Some device can't be restored but there is solution hier in gsmhosting but can't remember it's hardware solution tested bye me and phone was restored so search
