The reason for posting this thread in this section is that IOS update support has finished for both iphone 4 and 4s.
Users of these devices will suffer from unsupported apps/games like whatsapp viber...

AppAdmin can become a savior. In other words, some apps can still work after downgrade and some doesnt work back until updated.

Let's Start:

First:
Jailbreak your phone.
Tools needed: Use search button, there are plenty of tutorials available in this forum.

Second:
1.Go on Cydia > Source > Edit
2.Add the following repository: http://beta.unlimapps.com/
3.Install App Admin and Respring
4.Go to the App Store and pick an application that you want to downgrade
5.When you tap on the Download button, a prompt will display asking if you want to get the latest version or Downgrade
6.Choose Downgrade. App Admin will suggest several known versions

If the none of the listed versions satisfy you, then we have more work to do.

Introducing App Admin

i also jalbreak intall whatsapp old app tweaks but can not fix.
