sim no data - GSM-Forum

I have a iphone4 bought and used in Autralia, went to UK and installed a PAYG sim calls and data worked,
back to Australia and now will not work for data but put in a iphone 4 bought in Aus and stayed here it works cannot find a setting to fix.

Go to settings/cellular/turn on 3G and cellular data

Most probably if you change the sim or reset the network settings it would work.

Success I reset phone erasing all contents and settings, on setup I chose to use icloud, same problem,
Did it again but reset as new phone and it worked I can access the net,
now I have to put back all my bits.
