Some Carrier Not Working
 
Hi, its my first post here

I have iphone 3gs 4.0.1 MC 5.13

the first time have jailbroken and unlock it was working (I Have BASE) (all carrier), because of some data reason i have restored again, jailbreakme and ultrasn0w but all carrier works only not the mine current one (BASE)

Help Please

it has been worked but unfortunately i erase all data & setting from the iPhone after that the boot screen hangs thats why i restored again and jailbreaks, unlock all carrier works but not the one i have, my Sim used to work before

and if it its blocked or blacklisted what should i do any solution?

the phone hasn't be stolen its from uk am using in belgium
