Stange Problem - All Redsn0w for iphone 2G not showing Unlock option ???????
 

Hi All,

iphone experts need help here , have a stange problem here ... I have tried using all possible versions of Redsn0w for iphone 2G however none of them show the normal option to unlock ...

The only options that i see here are

1) Install Cydia

2) Verbose Boot

3) Custom Boot Logo

4) Custom Recovery Logo

5) Already Pwned


this is really strange coz till date i have unlocked many iphone 2G, 3G , 3Gs and iphone 4G(1.59.00) have never faced such a problem with redsn0w and other softwares for iphone ...

Have tried all methords and solutions for this including restoring with Custom firmwares as well ... Even they did not work as well.

I dont need to unlock it just want to know what is the problem here ... why is this happening ?????? :(:(:(:(:(

simple use redsnow ver 9.4 if u mistaken like u browse wrong ipsw 3g os the unlock option never appear .browse os 3.1.2 intead 3.1.3 (2g iPhone1,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore)

place the bootloader 3.9 and 4.6 for unlock

How to do it:

1. Download blackra1n for mac

2. Turn off your iDevice and close iTunes

3. Load blackra1n. You will see a single window with just one button “Make It Ra1n“. Click on it…

4. It will say “waiting for device“. When you see this message , turn on your iDevice

5. When your iDevice will be recognized, you will see a new message saying ” entering recovery ” . In those seconds, the program will launch a completely automated process that will put the iDevice in recovery mode and then run the Jailbreak and install Blackra1n on the iDevice.

6. You will see an image of GeoHot and also get this pop-up messages

7. Now just wait for your iDevice to reboot and the jailbreak was successful

8. After reboot you will notice that you got the blackra1n icon on your springboard. Tap it, to install Cydia.

9. Load Cydia, update the essentials and then search for BootNeuter.

10. Start BootNeuter and make sure it is configured like this:

11. Now you need to tap on the “Flash” button at the top of your screen. That’s it. Enjoy your unlocked 3.1.2 baseband 05.11.07 iPhone 2G/ EDGE.

Is the process same if i use it on Windows ??? i have windows XP ...

I know friend it works for you however i have tried this on another PC as well (Laptop) on Windows 7 ...... It also has the same problem .... All other options that you have shown here are there execpt the Unlock option ..............

That is all i need to unlock it .... however thanx man ....

use redsn0w 0.9.2..works perfect tested by me in 15 months

windows and xp is the same i wonder how you can even unlock the phone

yes u can use in windows xp without any problems.
