Strange iPhone Sold in Japan, but locked to Telia Denmark

I received one iPhone 4 for unlock and first called Telia and gave them IMEI but the operator said that he is unable to find that iPhone with that IMEI in Telia database. I then paid and ordered the code but in the end received refund and description that iPhone is not locked to Telia Denmark. I called now Apple Support in USA but they said are closed today. Called Apple in Denmark, but I don't understand much Danish, I just know that someone speaks some words and then closes the call automatically. Then I called also Apple in Japan to ask if they know maybe the iPhone is locked to one of Japan operators like KDDI or Softbank, but they said also they are not working because of weekends.
Can somebody help me?

i am using also iphone 4 32gb from japan..its locked and carrier sttus at&t..so its not a big deal..anyway..the phone cannot be unlocked..no imei still support it..
