I unlock other phones without problems, before and after this.... Does someone whats the problem with this one?

if you are 100% Sure that You are using original sim card Then Try again After while maybe server is down

But Im trying to unlock it, not to activate it friend.... 22 days with the problem friend, and other iPhones I unlocked without problem un this samew days

No, I sended imei for unlock, and In theory its unlocked

I upgraded the software several times, phone cant be unlocked via iTunes, also I cant activate it via wifi

Then it Should be Block by apple ,
as i able see Ur IMEI is unlocked But not activated and Registered

U need contact AT&T for more Detail

Did you try another computer? Check firewall settings also.

Friend.... This is rare... Cuz this phone was come from customer, and I just tried to unlock it via imei, just 1 time, this time with my provider. Im scary that If try contact Apple the will now that phone was unlocked illegally

Connect your phone with forecast and make sure baseband is ok
