Upgrade iphone 3gs 3.1.3 to 4.01 help!? - GSM-Forum

what is the best possible way to upgrade from 3.1.3 without losing any data..

can i simply back up 3.1.3 via itunes, then restore to 4.01 then restore back up file from 3.1.3?

i have tried this sometime ago it gives me error restoring it.. how do i do this.. easy way pls!

pls give me the best method o fhow i can do this... im trying to do this as simple as possible...

i want to backup my iphone so that when i restore to a clean 4.01 i can restore back the files...
how to do this?

tiny umbrella save ur version current 313 to 401 then upgrade normail i did it now
