i m using iphone 2g firmware 3.1.2
in this firmware im unable to use any lattest application .
show need firmware 3.1.3/4

3.1.3 is the latest firmware that is available for the 2g. You can download all the firmwares from iPhone, iPod, iPad and Firmware/Software Download

the 2g modem firmware never changes, so you dont need a custom firmware
