Working siri tutorial for iphone4 and 3gs ipad
 

Install Siri on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch 4G and 3G has just been improved. Now some guys found a stable solution for this problem. These guys formed a team called i4Siri, they managed to construct stable servers that allow anyone to install Siri on his iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 4G and 3G. No need for your friend’s iPhone 4S keys.
Precisely, to install Siri on your iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G, 3G or iPad, we will make a combination between Spire and i4Siri. Spire will install the solid parts of Siri on your iDevice the i4Siri will power it up and allows your iDevice to connect with Apple Servers.
Install Siri on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, 3G, iPad 2, 1 – [Spire + i4Siri]:

Step 1: You must have jailbroken iDevice on iOS 5.1 / 5.0.1 / 5.0
Step 2: Now, install Spire. Open Cydia > Search for Spire, then install it.
(Spire will download 100 MB while installing (except the iPhone 4S). Please connect Wi-Fi before installing Spire)

Step 3: Now open your iDevice Setting > General > Siri, and turn Siri on.

Step 4: Now open your iDevice Setting > Spire and add the below URL in the Proxy Host:

Step 5: Now open This Link from your iDevice Safari. It will install the certificate to your iDevice. Congratulations.

Important Note: If you use a proxy to access Siri, you may be sending your Email, SMS, Calendar, Contacts, Location, etc though that server.

if you already got spire you just update spire in cydia and install certificate also write proxy address after that reboot your device

Worked first time,then i got : Sorry but i can't take your request right now...maybe of over-use of the server.

Maybe just happened to me,but when i installed Spire with this proxy,Weather app crashes,and doesn't open.The Camera app sometimes hangs and must close from the multitask bar then it opens.When i delete Spire,both of them,the Camera and Weather app work perfect.

siri working 4me perfect but some of application purchased on app store are not opening when i open they crash any idea to fix this

fixed this by disabling call blocker in sbsetting mobile substrate addons
