you can do flash or format this device by "MTK Tool" higher version but a professional china device can give u a full and final solution for software operation for china phone . "mtk tool" already posted many many version in this forum, use "search" and you need a spacial cable for flash this phone, not only with your usb pc cable. spacial cable make procedure posted also use "search" too. and its true, sometimes this problem come from software, but first try to change touch. | |
