I say thanks for everyone, before start.

My chinaphone was dead by this reason:
*In Engineer mode i was turn on the High Speed option..

the usb cable is marked with K930; "i think this means to be the model"

there is a curious thing: chinaphone works on directly USB plugged, works like Mass Storage, but the phone don't let me choose if i want: Serial Device / Mass Storage or Photo bridge;

I know that the OS is Nucleus RTOS;

another curious thing is: when is plugged in on USB as Mass Storage, two devices appears, a 264kb device and the Micro-SD card.

I want to do a direclty serial cable with an USB extention.
there is a correctly pinout for this device?

im using Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat Linux
running Spiderman and others chinese softwares with wine;
works 100% with phone, no driver needed;

soo, i'm with a crazy idea: the Nucleus RTOS have a C/C++ compiler embedded, so if whe modify the kernel to "on boot event" call the compiler and build symbian or some android located in SD-Card and run it?
[Like ms-dos runs windows]

First i need to get the phone working! soo i will start to develop something... researched alot before the phone dies... and i say this is a posible way

I found this at russian forum:

Pinout LeTo K930 20-pin connector. Connector as in Samsung D880 (need to buy a cable from the Samsung). Numbering, if you look in the phone jack. In the lace of course, vice versa.

10 left

A leg PL2303 tx to 14 Pina in the slot telephone

does anybody have some idea? another detail, maybe can i use a RS232 to Usb Adapter. this adapters uses 5v from USB, maybe can i connect pins directly to adapter output?
