i recieved many phones of these types (c1000&n82)
which disscharge battary in approxematly 15 min
what is the solution

first need to know you phone is short or not (B+ & B- shorted)

if shorted, now try to remove short from your phone.

if not shorted, try change phone power ic,

try and post result.
