c6000 speaker ways loudspeaker working but ear speaker not work

please help me aswell. i have a chinese c6000 qwerty phoen and the ear speaker volume is very low. I find it so difficult to hear the other person when I am on a call. I have noticed that the speaker is only installed at the rear of the phone and there is no speaker in front (This is what i am assuming because I have not disassembled the phone)..please help me. I find it so diffcult to use the phone as I cant hear the other person talking . The ear speaker volume is at maximum
