First of all Format it with any tool if again shows that then Open your phone and check its Camera jack with carefully

after all change its camera if problem not solved

Sigmatel s3 becomes Camera module not ready after formating, this seems like hardware problem, but some easy steps to recover.100% tested solution.
press * # # #
now u r on factory mode section
now click on "select type sensor"
choose gekewei and press ok.
now u r ready to use camera.
