CECT T689,restarting - GSM-Forum

I have CECT T689,and when I put sim inside phone is restarting,again and again,e.t.c.I try to restore factory,but it's the same.Maybe is hardware,because phone is not restarting without sim inside.

I have allready download this mtk tool,but I don't have flash files,and please explain how to make a cable.YOu give me the pinout,but on wich type of cable(rj45,rs232,)and wich box I must use.Tx

if ur fone restart with sim card u dont need to flash.this problem just format.

infinity box is best for repair this phone...only select cect t689 and press ffs(format ffs)

i thinks you need format with BOX( MTK, INFI , tIANMU,) if not oki . you try to flash the phone . i think your phone will be OK ! goodluck .
