Sigmatel s90i dead (very urgent) - GSM-Forum

I have a sigmatel s90i. problem is set show "bad contact charger" in charging & set is heat.i change mt6318 but problem is same then i change mt6225 in working set then set is dead but detect in software and read info &format done but not on then i 2nd time reball cpu but set is not on.i tired then fix his cpu on his bord but problem is same set is dead and read info & format ok in software. PLEASE HELP ME & GIVE ME PERFECT SOLUTION "very urgent"
