E71 urgent - GSM-Forum

I have one chineses dual sim E71 pro mobile .When simcard insirted it shows "urgent" logo besides signal level meter & we cannot receive or make call.Any body has idea how to solve this proble? Is it hardware or software?I tried with factory reset etc. but problem not solved.

chek ur IMEI if corrupt try to change.

full flash ur phone and change ur IMEI

fully flashed the handset n changed IMEI also but the condition is same shows urgent
