china mobile gets switch off when dial 112 without sim

can anybody help me please i have china nokia n95 with mtk cpu.. the phone is working fine as mp4 player... but when i dial 112 without sim & press calling button.. phone gets switch off..& after insert sim phone gets on & switch off in 2 seconds before network comes... but not restart or reboot

i tried these solutions but no result
format phone with infinity box...
flash both cpu 1&2 ,repair imei of both cpu

Its a hardware problem. Replace RF ic.
