china made n95 restart with sim card

i have a problem with my china made clone n95 mobile when I enter tha sim card mobile restart again again again without sim card working properly & i also flash & sp unlock but same result problem not resolve anyone help me thanxxxxxxxxxx in advance

1st i complete format but same result than i make full flash after that sp unlock but same problem
