device locked - GSM-Forum

Dear all

I'm new with China phones and i read a lot of posts in this forum, but i didn't find an answer.
I've got following problem: I've got a Device named "W800" with Windows Mobile 6.1 style of HTC P3300.
About CPU and Flash I found nothing

Now i have done a key code for the device, but one day, this doesn't work any more, so my phone is locked. I think there shoul work only a format type 1 'cause the device starts ans windows works, but i can't do anymore with it.

can anybody help me resetting it?

first need to know you phone is Chinese clone or original phone/pda of HTC.

don't forget many many brand phone now made in china or made by china but they are not chin clone phone.

so confirm first than do work. if its original HTC phone you need to post in PDA/Smart Phone section.

I am sure it is a clone. It is named w800 and the on the box quite everything is written in chinese letters...

Hi
after a long time, i opened now my phone (got to find the right tool first...) But there is a film in color of copper over all, i tried to remove, but it rips. and i cant see which CPU...

what should i do now?

Uee, i finally got the trik to open it. It's a Samsung CPU.
but where can I see which flash type or connector type?
