First ı need to know how is the keypad connected to your pcb.And about the problem is all keys not working or some of them?

Here is some solutions try and post result.

1-if your phone is touch screen try to deactive it and check keys bcz some times touch screen goes to be shortcut on set and blocks keys.

2-Check keybord connector maybe have water damage try to clean.

3-if its connected by flex type tryo to check ways it can be damaged

4- try to clean connector.
