Member: 1316000 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1624093 Thanks Meter: 348 | finaly found china low battery shutdown problem solution. first solution we found change r104 resistor. see pic  but all china board not have this resistor. second we find MTK processor problem. many sets we change processor but no luck still have low battery shutdown problem. some time full flash and format remove low battery shutdown problem but SOME TIME.  see this ic    I found 3 type problem can create this ic. 1-low battery shut down. 2-keypad hang. 3-dead phone. in picture you see this ic have many name and number. don't worry. we can find this ic easily. it have 24 (6X4) pin leg. see picture.  no need to matching just change one by one. this week i tested in 10 sets. all ok no problem found. this solution is not 100% but 50% try and post result. Member: 148032 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 415 | too much work for such cheap and crapy phones... I have started not to accept these phones in my service any more, because of their poor quality (many pcs there were returning back in warranty) In my opinion: not worth!!! |
