help, china phone MMS folder cannot open or access

My china phone E71 clone, cannot open or access MMS folder in Message menu. Just display "Please Wait" and back to Message menu agai,
Other folder SMS and EMAIL no problem.
Before its works ok, now cannot.
How to solve this?

Solve the problem,just do factory reset. everything run normal again.
