Help on chinese n95 (MT6227) - GSM-Forum

Hi there, i have recieved a chinese n95 today, it dont stop rebooting and as i have read on this forum, there seems to be a solution for my problem using spiderman or some kind of program like this one.
But i'm a noob with phone programming, i just have the phone, the data cable and no money to buy an expensive box, so if someone can help me, telling me how to make this spiderman soft works with my phone, i'd really appreciate
(sorry, i'm french and my english talking is a bit poor)

how to do that ?
i have usb data cable (the one that comes with the phone) and spiderman 2.30(cracked)
can you tell me a step by step guide to backup/restore my phone ?
