incomeing call 100% working when i dialled the call mobile restart only 1 scc than auto on

i chang the battery >>>>>>>>>>>>> same

full flash the phone >>>>>>>>>>>>>>Same

formate complete ,safe formate chang the imei nomber but same problem
only outgoing cal restarting problem incoming 100% working

YOU MUST BE CHANGE NETWORK IC
PROBLEM SOLVE100%

No need to change the network IC. off the voice changer and then post the result here.
