Help me for 2 chinese phone!!

I have buy 2 chinese phone:

Thrus D98
ZTC n6168

I would like to flash the firmware for this phone but i'm beginner..
I have read something about some free-program (spiderman for example)
and other solution like infinity box, but I don't understand which cable I must use to flash my phone,where I can find firmware, and how I can update firmware on my phone..
HELP ME PLEASE!!

U need a professional box for flashing though u are a beginner. U need modified cable for flashing with free tool. It'll b a little bit hard for u at this time.

You can suggest me which box can help me to flash my D98 and n6168?
