Help with N95 8GB dual card

Dear friends, please help me with my N95 8GB dual card mobile. I had buy for my girlfiend because we use 2 card. But after inserting sim and turning on, they are be disappointed. After inserting Sim1 pin is write "Pin 1 ok" and had white screen, and frozen . But if the Sim1 isn´t in phone, the mobile isn´t frozen, but can´t call, write sms, atc ...

I think, better step is flashing this mobile, I don´t know how. I have some Flash tool, but dont have flash file and flash cable.

Please if you can, help me, because this is my first problem, and my first flashing mobile . I dont know how I must make Flash cable (I know, I must have TX and RX cable, that info i sow on this forum), how version of flash tool I needed and if you have my flash file its will be perfect. Or any people closer to me or my city, when they can be help me.
